Death Wish difficulty and the Death sentence difficulty arent available

when i try to buy a contract with death wish or death sentence i cant...
how can i fix it?

They're locked until level 80 or reaching infamy 1.
To be fair. You really shouldn't try those two difficultys (outside of stealth) because they will make you struggle a lot with how much damage can be dealt

After infamy 1 they are still locked behind level 60.
And yes, as said, do not try DS untill you are comfortable playing DW. And you won't be comfortable playing DS until you mastered OVK or Mayhem.
And even if you can walk through DW like a breeze DS is a whole different story.

In fact... Don't try DS unless you know the heist. I just wasted 30min (3 restarts) on a lobby that didn't know how to find the right PC on Big Bank (they also thought that Bus Stop + Pig was better than Thermite & Elevator).
