cannot download- gets stuck around 250mb downloaded.

I have tried everything i can think of, repairing steam directories,clearing cache, reinstalling steam, choosing different download center. Nothing works. I can not download this game without the download freezing. Any ideas I have not thought of? I can download every other game I own with no problem. thanks

just leave it downloading for a while and it shoudl come back to normal
