Performance problems and very bad optimization

I've been playing Payday 2 for quite some time with a very bad PC

Intel Celeron 1007U dual core 1.5ghz
Intel Hd graphics
4gb of ram ddr3
and I ran at 45 fps (with optimization mods)

now I buy a better pc with better specifications

Intel Pentium N3710 quadcore 1.6 ghz
AMD Radeon 520 2gb VRAM
4gb ram ddr3l

and with that I run at 20 fps, I mean with a worse pc I ran better payday 2, download the graphics at least and I put optimization mods and does not pass the 20 fps. if someone can help me improve my fps in the game I would appreciate it

Problemas de rendimiento y muy mala optimizacion

Buenas. llevo jugando payday 2 hace bastante tiempo con un pc muy malo

ahora me compre una mejor pc

y con eso me corre a 20 fps, osea con un pc peor me corria mejor el payday 2, baje los graficos al minimo y le ♥♥♥♥ mods de optimizacion y no pasa los 20 fps. si alguien me puede ayudar a mejorar mis fps en el juego se lo agradeceria bastante

Your new PC is still the scraping off the bottom. 4 GB RAM and a weak 1.6 Ghz CPU.
Minimum requirements are 4GB RAM and a 2 Ghz CPU. Your new notebook is not meeting these requirements.
So please do not complain about optimization if you're playing on a potato notebook.

If you want better FPS, try the extremely low graphics mod from Youtube or buy a better "actual PC" and not a notebook.
