Most of the guns share the sights you got, if you have a see more sight you can put it on any gun besides most of the pistols.
You should use 000 buck or Dragons breath ad ammo and the dolands horizontal leveler is a good barrel extra, its up to you just keep the accurancy low.
2) Generally, yes. They let you shoot more accurately. They're mostly only useful for snipers, though. Lasers are the more important attachment.
3) Experiment with the mods yourself and see what best fits you. Some like low accuracy, some like high. I'd suggest you use anything but the default ammo, though.
