You can use your offshore money to gmable and to go infamous after level 100 (money is only needed for the first 5 levels of infamy).
You could have used the searchbar for this.

Most of the guns share the sights you got, if you have a see more sight you can put it on any gun besides most of the pistols.

You should use 000 buck or Dragons breath ad ammo and the dolands horizontal leveler is a good barrel extra, its up to you just keep the accurancy low.

1) Cash you get from heists is divided into spending cash and cash in your offshore account. Spending cash is the primary currency you use to buy weapons and stuff. Offshore account is your secondary currency which is mostly used to buy contracts and level up in infamy. You can bet your offshore cash to get card drops but I wouldn't recommend it.

2) Generally, yes. They let you shoot more accurately. They're mostly only useful for snipers, though. Lasers are the more important attachment.

3) Experiment with the mods yourself and see what best fits you. Some like low accuracy, some like high. I'd suggest you use anything but the default ammo, though.

The money in your offshore account used for buying contracts, first five levels of infamy, and the Offshore Payday. Between infamy 0 and V (5), you will need to sacrifice 200 million offshore money and all of your spendable money, so it's best to buy all the guns you can possibly get before going infamous. Afterwards, you can sell those guns to have a little bit of starting money in order to do a few heists for a lot more money.

That's a way to win the heist, but you'd be very bored and won't unlock many achievements.

You need to be infamous. To go infamous, you need to be Reputation 100 and have, at the very minimum, 200,000,000 (200 million) money in your offshore account.

Rare card drops. Most of the infamy levels give you masks too. And achievement milestones

Yeah, yeah, yeah but xp or money reward is small.
You wont be able to unlock most of the achieve milestones.
You will only get the normal difficulty mask.

You get to specifically choose the heist and difficulty, compared to waiting for it to appear on crime.net.

If you randomly get a contract instead of buying one...
You dont have to pay, but its harder to find a mission you want

Buying a contract is choosing which heist you want to play.
Contract broker is basicly map selection.
