I don't get it, doesn't it shoot out one bullet (on one gun not both) when i change the firing mode?

No. For Akimbo's it shoots out one bullet for each weapon, making it 2 bullets per shot.

theres 3 firing modes for the akimbo stryk, 1 is shoot both weapons in 1 click, 1 is shoot fully automatic, and another one is shoot one bullet from one gun, check it out in game

This does not exist in the base game. Only mods can do that.

I believe that never existed in the game. There is only semi, automatic and burst (not the case here). There is no such thing as shooting 1 bullet on Akimbos unless you are talking about a mod that I'm not aware of.

All 189 damage akimbo pistol has high ammo pickup like M308 before the ammo pickup nerf. If the user can be able to control akimbo to single, 189 damage akimbo weapon will turn to a DMR weapon without scope but having higher ammo pickup and insane brust damage from crit and trigger happy.
