Just joined a stealth lobby and got a "Virus" achievement. Read a little more about it and it said it is automatically given to those who join a lobby with this achievement.

However, here is the main question:
Who was the first person to obtain the "Virus" achievement?

Could be; wouldn't be surprised. But Symn was the first to start coughing on us instead of staying out of the office and keeping his germs to himself.
