The Stalker achievement question
I am quite unsure of exactly which times you are required to keep him marked. I am positive that tripmines work as they mark guards, and I positively memoriezed the places that he stops, placing a tripmines along the way and where he will stop. Hopefully making the last mine continuously mark him. However, I don't seem to getting the achievement.

Does C4 not count? Or does it have to be within the very first time he leaves the room? I already have him marked before he leaves the room.

Correct. C4 in his office by his desk works.
I'd suggest having one other player to help you although doing it solo is possible.

You need to have him marked before he leaves the office and from then on all the way until the safe opens.
