I don't know if the trick from the animation has a real life name, but its pretty much just the basic opening and the spin she does looks like some sort of zen rollover but I don't know for sure. I'm pretty new to this myself and only recently got into it, but if you look at a lot of beginner flip tutorials both those moves are often shown.

I've been doing this for about three years, though with a long break. But I've never seen such a transition from the basic opening to the rollover on the thumb, besides, according to the estimates, in the game the character makes it a "dangerous" side inward, so I asked if there was a chance to repeat it and not lose it extra process on the arm.

Try putting it on 0.25 playback speed and see what you think. I agree it doesn't look the safest.
