I think only the XBOX One version of the game can run on 60 FPS.
On a side note, I don’t know how PAYDAY 2 will play out on the Nintendo Switch. It’s a risky business opportunity to begin with(considering how the PS4 and XBOX One version of the game run on a delayed and sometime lackluster update schedule) and it’s really rare for Nintendo to publish games that are rated M for Mature(the last game I know that was rated M for Mature and was published by Nintendo was GTA: Chinatown Wars for the Nintendo DS which was released back in 2009 I think).
Skyrim is rated M, and that's on the switch. altho it looks like trash.

My guess is that PD2 will be running at 720p30FPS on Switch with downgraded models and textures not unlike the Doom port, though I'm guessing there will still be framerate issues on larger maps like Golden Grin, Aftershock, and Diamond Heist (if Diamond Heist even makes it in). I just hope that they get to update this one more often, Nintendo's been pretty good about letting devs make patches on the regular and Splatoon 2 and Arms both got practically weekly updates (Arms is not getting any more content patches, though Spla2n seems to be getting a big content patch over this Spring/Summer).
