The best way to infamy is crime spree.
does leveling to a high crime spree and then suspending it then infamying reset the current crime spree
Why did you format your PC anyways?
i think it was my SSD card refused to do its job so i thought that might help
turns out it was a simple solution but it was obtuse enough for me to not spot it right away when looking into the issue
Crime spree around 561 is enough exp to get you to level 100.
Next time do this;

Fastest way is absurdly high rank Crime Spree, if you can find someone who lets you in. Otherwise, it's not so absurdly high rank Crime Spree. The rewards carry between infamies so you can get up to 23.something million, go infamous, claim rewards to instantly hit 100 and ready up a new Crime Spree reward for the next infamy.
Offshore might take a while for the first few infamies. If Crime Spree won't cover it (I don't know how that's possible but let's roll with it), Mayhem is twice as good Overkill for it.
