How to get Joy mask?

I see so many people with it so I figure it's easy to get. Am I wrong? I may have missed it but I don't see it in the infamy section, only "Joy Begins".

It's and drop mask , so you can get it as a drop mostly

Its Drawn by Cards you pick at the end of missions.. Its a Chance draw I think.. But you can purchase from someone at the community Market.. ( I think)

Simply select the character joy, she wears the mask as default.
Otherwise, card drop.

The card drop will come up for you eventually if you try enough.
