What exactly is the difference between Ultimate and Legacy edition?

UE was a bundle that included all DLC except one for charity. With a promise of all future DLC being free

LE is a bundle that includes all past DLC except one for charity.

So basically everyone that bought the UE under that premise just got their products stolen and replaced with an inferior product.

This is a game about being thieves though so I guess it's OK

In the end they will probably break the game even more and make it unable to be played just in time for release of PD3 to force everyone to buy that. Not that they could turn PD2 in to a much worse game for Armor players than it already has become.

We can blame them. Back in 2015 we told them it was a dumb idea to buy a VR studio, a new engine they didn't know how to use, and to work on 4 projects at the same time. Look at where they are now.
Our opinion, their choice.

Just a reminder: If you bought the Ultimate Pack thinking you were going to get even more DLC for free, you deserve to lose that couple of dollars. Not letting Overkill off the hook, but that was a pretty silly move if you bought it for that reason.

Just to be clear I am not salty and I don't hate the devs for doing this to make money.

I bought the game and paid full price for some DLC long before the UE even existed.

I just think anyone who bought the full UE as the UE should still get that promise of free DLC though.

All the diehard fans willing to buy anything never had the UE until the devs decided to "upgrade" everyone's edition to the UE. Now they probably can't tell who is who.

I am not going to support the devs due to how they screwed armor over time.. then made other games or had a hand in other games that just sucked to play.

I will be happy to give the devs money if they fix what they nerfed.. but lets be real.. they probably won't and I will wait to see what they do with the new one before I give them a cent.

No change on the price, only changes was to let people buy individual DLCs and a new pack with all gage weapon packs i believe

Well that was the plan when support for pd2 ended, due circunstances it was restarded, and to avoid this issue, is the reason the UE got rebranded to legacy, since we can't keep the UE promisse
