Crash Logs completely unreadable

I recently installed a bunch of mods for my Payday 2, for some reason one or multiple of them are causing my game to crash mid-loading screen for a heist, the problem is that when i go to the crash logs to see where the problem is all i get is a text file filled with unreadable symbols with a little text that doesn't have much to do with the issue. If i didn't have upwards of 80 mods for PD2 already i would do the age old trick of remove each mod until you find the problem child. For an example of what my crash logs look like:

Any solution to this would be much appreciated. Though i have heard there is a mod limit and i am just wasting my time trying to find which one of my numerous weapon mods causes the crash. This is on base game heists as well and i have tried playing the game without mods and it works fine.

Mid loading crashes are usually caused by Access Violation (Too many mods/music mods).
Atleast that's what the problem was when i was crashing.

Mods for SuperBLT can cause this crash, but not prone to. It's most likely due to mods in mods_overrides.

I think you might just be looking in the main payday 2 file and looking at the crash files that are just sitting in there instead of the ones that you can actually read. (They actually mention the unreadable file as the "dump file" in this post)

I don't have a PAYDAY 2 section in my roaming, it all leads to the Payday 2 part of my steam folders

They are not inside Roaming folder, they are inside Local.

Appdata > Local > Payday 2 > crashlog
