Payday 2 - Downloading problems

Hello,

I started to download Payday 2 few days ago, but I've got a big problem about it.
The download is really slow and very instable (for example it starts at 5 Mb -> 300 Kb and 0, nothing during 30 seconds and 3 Kb and 0 etc etc).
I already visited a lot of forums, websites and I tried everything (checking the internet connection, changing the country of Download, disabling firewall / antivirus ...), but it changes nothing.
I tried to download other games but it works normally.
If you already had this problem let me know if there's any solutions.

It is not problem of Payday 2, it is problem in steam. It is ussualy happening

It IS a problem with PAYDAY 2, except it's intentional. The game's files are compressed and they get downloaded in parts, your PC unpacks the current part, then downloads the next one. It's been like this since the beginning and it will stay like this forever.

Last time i checked, spring 2018, payday 2 has a download time of 54 hours. A little more than 2 days.

Yeah, i don't deinstall anymore.
Reason?
Payday 2 is a 8 GB game with 40 GB of extra content. It is not a 48 GB game.
It is one game and then 120 little extras like DLC and Free updates that are installed in order.
You basicly run every patch that was ever relased, you don't skip to the newst version.

I don't have the greatest understanding, but from what i have seen under the hood of this game it is miracle it didn't stopped working 20 GBs ago.
It even works with another 30 GBs of Mods i have on (most of the time).

This isn't a car engine fixed with duct tape. This game is a aircraft carrier made out of 3 steel beams, 7 wooden sticks and the rest duct tape.
That this thing downloads at all is strange enough

Downloaded it now, it took like 4-5 hours onto an HDD. I agree with the rest though :D

It is a bit of mixed bag, for some like Roloca and me it only takes a few hours, for others it could take days, no rhyme nor reason to it
