Profiles sharing skill points

I like having multiple profiles for different missions and different strategies, but I'm having multiple classes share skill trees and if I allocate them into one tree for one profile it does the same skills in the other. To be specific, all profiles except 2 share skill trees

ex. i have a turret profile I like to use for safe house raids and have the tree set for turrets. another profile sharing the skill trees happens to be a solo sneaky profile which is built towards drill and saw. If I allocate for the turrets I also get the turret skills on my sneaky profile and spend points I need for other skills.

Just use a different skillset for each build. You can have 12 skillsets, 1 of which requires to complete the achievement tabula rasa.

In each profile you'll have to assign it to a different skill set. Press S while in the skill trees. A bit of an odd design, the only reason I can think of is having two profiles with the same skill set and not having to change weapons all the time.
