I guess you are right about that. Contracts mean nothing when it comes to making money. For this I am very disappointed. And this means I probably won't be buying Payday 3. My personal opinion..
I guess that's why they sold the franchise?
There was early on.. During the first 2 years of release. I bought the game and season pass while on sale because it quoted a huge selection of upcoming DLCs for the game over the next several months which was true. The history in my game folder of when DLCs where added can be used as proof there was a season pass because they where installed as updates not separate DLC purchases as can be found with most games that do not have season passes.
Of course since my season pass has vanished from my DLCs list I expect my proof of this will be gone in short order as well.
Here's a discussion in 2014 (and you can find the same in 2015, etc.) talking about the LACK of one so why claim there was early on for 2 years?
