Is the ak5 rifle viable?

it could be, it gets outclassed by a lot of weapons.
personally i have used it quite a bit in some dodge builds, just as a weapon u can rely on since its ammo pool/pickup is so high and its damage output is also not bad, with a speedpull mag u cant go wrong

Ive used it a lot on dw so yea, it is. I still prefer normal ak rifle or car tho.

Yeah, not the best, but far from the worst. It's much better in low concealment builds though

Yes very, if you land headshots with it and ammo never runs out, perfect to use on DS paired with other weapons that don't have great ammo pools but definitely not the best rifle in the game at all.

All assault rifles are garbage compared to lmgs or snipers (depending on spray or DMR). As long as youre not going for DS that really doesnt matter but on DS youre just larping because you think it looks cooler basically.

Pretty much any weapon can be used, especially if it has speed pull mags.
Hell, I use the Bootleg frequently despite it not being great, and I do fine on Overkill.

Man, it's overkill difficulty, any weapon is OP there.

I imagined op wanted for DW, which is the most balanced difficulty. Because in DS rifles are a great way to die, unless you're a master veteram or something.

I only ever go up to Mayhem, personally. I admit that I'm not amazing at the game or anything, but Overkill always felt the most balanced to me so I usually default to that with my recommendations.
