Offshore Payday "DLC" added

Nobody mentioned it before so I'll give it a try. Payday has been updated a week ago with no changelogs. I didn't notice anything until I randomly looked at the DLC box you can see when you select a game in your libary. Dated to 20th September 2019 there is a selectable entry named "Offshore Payday" now. Does anybody know what this means? I took a quick look at the Offshore Payday ingame but it doesn't look like something has changed.

you can buy a payday the card flip thing at end of heist with your offshore cash.

That's a somewhat hidden DLC that automatically unlocks when you complete the secret ARG and its respective achievement (The End).

Its contents are just a few bonus videos, usually taking place near or after the end of the storyline. This is probably why Overkill added this secret DLC, thus downloading extra clips upon confirmation on whether or not you've completed The Secret.

Oh okay, strange mechanic but it would make sense because I did the secret lately for the first time.

Thats what the offshore payday is.
