Oh lol well i can't confirm that its 100% bug free cause i always host my heists unless i join someone's safehouse raid tho even there i didn't notice problems with sentries but then again i did very little of those as client so that's not much to confirm that it works 100%.
sentries right now carry overkill and mayhem missions but as soon as you hit deathwish one saiga dozer behind them and boom 2 guns destroyed instantly.
idk about everyone else but i dont want my sentry guns to give me the most kills. i want them to take the heat off of me and my crew so we can get the objective done as quickly as possible.
also, i think it's pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ridiculous that i spend 46 points to have maxed out sentry guns and OVK thinks that letting them be able to be PERMANENTLY destroyed in a heist is balanced. people spend 26 points and get inspire for an infinite amount of uses, hostage taker for infinite uses, it's not like the ICTV suddenly takes too much damage and you end up naked. i understand they are equipment but comparing to stuff like med bags and ammo isn't fair. sentry guns are the ENTIRE focus of a build when a person takes them. it's like taking away sneaky bastard and low blow from dodge/crit players, or giving players a limit to how many cops they can convert in a mission. it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up you spend 46 points for a build that can, quite literally, lose all of its effectiveness unless you baby sit the sentry guns tirelessly.
