How do i host heists above mayhem difficulty?
idk how to host heists above mayhem difficulty could someone tell me why or how? im infamy 0 and level 70

Death Wish is the easier of the two and you unlock both.

You'll unlock them faster, each time you reach a higher infamy level. :-)

After Infamy V, I believe you unlock them at level 50

Infamy 1 has them unlocked by default (on most heists, some require level 20 or so) and after that, they are permanent unlocks.
