Small keys and some sorts of kits

Can someone tell me what are those things and what is their purpose?Saw them few times on different maps with different colours (red, blue and green)

Um.
These are from Gage Spec Ops Pack DLC.
I'd run if I were you.

They're for the spec ops pack. You pick up the two keys and then open the case on the third day. Doing so completes one of the side jobs for the spec ops pack and gives you a gun part for the arbiter, as well as a mask, material, and pattern.

If you don't have the spec ops pack, they do nothing.
