Where do you start the game?

I just bought this game, but I just don't know where to start first? Are there an order to the heists? or something?

are there like any order to play the heists or is it just random heists u have to do

Just random. Most of Vlads are easiest. Mallcrasher is a good learning for loud, Ukrainian for stealth.

You can start with any heist you like. Just go to the map and select the heist you want to play, or host a heist (if u have enough cash). I'd recommend you to invite your friends and to communicate with them through Discord, teamSpeak, Skype whatever.
Trust me, you will get through it.

There are some linked heists but no need to play them in order or anything.
Like Murky Station stealing the EMP bomb then use it on Boiling Point.

crime net will present you with free random jobs, other open servers, or you can go and buy jobs

Start with the more basic ones:
Jewelery Store, Bank Heist, anything from Vlad that allows stealth, Mallcrasher.
And I highly recommend to play every heist once on your own first to learn roughly how it goes as there are several where you can screw up. It can range from wasting time (Hotline Miami and Big Bank, for example) over costing a lot of money and experience (Rats, Cook Off) to downright FAILING THE HEIST (Lab Rats).
Learn what you need to do to avoid these things as it really annoys the more experienced players when new ones just have to touch everything without knowing what it does and end up causing more problems.

Also, for the love of god:
Look at the difficulties. They exist for a reason. Don't just ignore them or expect to be carried on the highest ones.

first, hit some jewelry store, diamond store etc and gain up some money
then hit first world bank and then add some gold to your repertuar with slaughterhouse
then do some jobs for your new contractor: hector
his contracts will be... weird. you will keep ambushed but fight through and earn your money

wolf has arranged quick hits: counterfeit and undercover jobs. get 25 million dollar from the taxman and get the counterfeit plates from the counterfeiter guys. you're a heister after all.

you've met some guy named vlad. do some basic jobs for him to earn his trust. he's pretty sure a big name but you will be robbing basic stores to start with him

now you've a contractor called elephant. he wants your crew to do his dirty jobs. help him with his oil problem, then swing the votes for him and frame people. because he pays big money

bain arranged some transport hits for you. do them in various spots. he also arranged a cool car shop heist. he claims there are high fashioned, expensive cars. go steal them to earn more money

your reputation will preceed you at this point. a new contractor called dentist will contact with you. he wants to... get the job done. not only he's offering money, but also he's offering a chance to redeem your old crew: hoxton

he wants you to kill a guy named commisar. commisar is related to the mckendrick and if you kill the commisar mckendrick will arrange a new trial for hoxton. then dentist will share this trials detailed information with you...

kill the commisar and get the help of the mckendrick. dentist will also give you the information you need. free your old brother, your crew, hoxton while he's been transferred to his trial

that's a relief, you've now strenghted your crew with a crafty crook. old hoxton lost his name tough, he's now houston

well, you need to do some more jobs for dentist because that was the deal. these jobs will be also lucrative. he wants you to steal the diamond. hoxton will arrange an old friend of his: clover. a stealth mastermind. with her help, get the "the diamond"

then you need to hit golden grin for dentist again. but this is a tough nut to crack. bain arranged a young russian technician from the russia. he'll layout the plans for the new drill to break the golden grin's vault. welcome sokol to your crew. hit the casino.

dentist's final wish is to hit "big bank" it has never been succesfully hit and dentist wants to make history. via you. go make history, hit the damn bank. use the elevator trick

dentist thanks you and disappears indefenitely

well, hoxton wants his revenge. another heister called bonnie knows information about rat who sold out the hoxton. she knows where the rat being kept by fbi. go there with bonnie and hoxton, hit the place, kill the rat. you will know who he is when you see him. you will be shocked. but that was expected anyways...

well, now you've some free time! you've a new contractor called butcher. she wants to ger her hands on some important bomb and need your help. either get the bomb while its on the dock and steal it stealthly, or hit the train which carries it. butcher will pay enough to make you smile

bain has arranged a fun heist for crew. bombs, rats... all that ♥♥♥♥. now is time for some partying baby! go hit where the dj alesso performs. gensec claim they have inpenetrable safes... show them who's the boss

vlad! do you remember him? he's got some pretty crazy missions for you. he wants you to steal... nukes! do it! get radiated! be cancer! die xd

now he wants you to steal some safes... god knows what he will do with them. do the job, he pays well

crazy bastard is at it again and wants your help... again. some cartel tries to transport cokain via goats but their car crashed. grab the goat and get them to a random butcher to get the cokain out of their butts. but that place is also busted and now you've gotta smuggle goats again. well, do the job and dont mess with goats again, never ever.

you have a new contractor! a guy called jimmy wants to send your crew to russia. first you gotta steal an emp bomb from the murkywater station. then hit the russia and a lab. dont ask questions about the test subjects they are working on... they're... creepy. do the job, get the money, then back to robbing banks. jimmy will join your crew and will have an active role in his own planned job

elephant wants your help again... he's after a new technology called brain controlled interface and a biker named rust knows alot about this thing of beauty. but he's got a condition: you gotta hit the overkill mc place and get the rust's bike. do this and rust will give you the information. then hit the train which carries the bci. steal it for elephant, get the money, easy. rust will join your crew.

butcher wants your help again... some fool cartel messed with her shipment and their time has come. bain has arranged a scarface imitator, guy is a skilled heister and gunman and have an epic weapon. bain wants to add him to our crew but he will only join us if we help him gain the legendary scarface's mansion. hit the place, clear the sosa cartel out and get the money from butcher.

additional to all of these, every christmas you will get some special missions from the vlad. do them too. they're usually quick, run-and-gun type of jobs.

sydney (a skilled heister that joined your crew via application) wants to repeat history and wants to blow a building down and steal a panic room from it. you did it before, do it again. for her. she really wants this thing.

Mallcrasher is a good starter to loud heists. Jewelry Store/Diamond Store/Bank Heists for stealth. Four Stores is a good heist to learn how to kill a SWAT Turret.

Probably the best starter of heists would be Bank Heist: Gold. It can easily be done in stealth, teaches you about cam operators, has two types of drills, keycard doors, deposit boxes to lockpick, civilian management, preplanning, tear gas and SWAT Turrets on loud, and two weights of loot. It doesn't have Capt. Winter's though, but that's okay.
