Second day we held out in the small corridor in the barn and we just awaited for the cage. Once it came we managed to assemble it sucessfully and got the goats safely. And escape was just hide behind the bridge control room and make sure that one Sniper died all the time that can shoot behind it. Then bam. OD mask was ours and we celebrated.
It took us many attempts over the course of 3 days to finish the heist and we had to get VELOSync because desync was so bad.
Thank you for your replies! I will try to let the cops get the goats.
However, judging from the past games we've played, we had trouble moving from one location to another, or to even stay in one area for long just to do an objective. Getting to all the goats might be a problem.
Bulldozers, shields, and heck, even medics could pin us down into one spot. All we had was 2 bags of med bags and 14 First Aid Kits to keep us alive, and they are used up rather fast.
And not to mention, Captain ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Winters! We had no way of reaching him without getting pinned down by other cops. Since we are using silenced weapons build, we have no way of killing him.
If the captain stays, the whole idea of 'Letting the cops take the goats and get them to the truck between assaults' cannot be done.
Day 1 has too many troubles that must be taken into consideration.
Don't worry balance is absolutly perfect in that game.
Can I ask what your build is? Because it seems like you're struggling to survive it.
Jokers an absolute God savior on this as they usually are in OD.

My friend has a similar build, except that he brings fully upgraded med bags.
I miss the old skill where you get increased dodge chance just by crouching. Now it looks like the only way to go above 55% is by sprinting.
Even with 55% we kept getting shot easily, even from the really slow rate of fire bulldozers and snipers.
If you are doing the dodge thing the best advice I can give you is don't try to hold a spot.
Fix the drill or check an electrical box as you kite around the map. Lead the enemies to the other end of the map then come back to the objective while you have time from them catching up to you.
On the second day of Goats, as you drive you pass a white box truck on the road. Stop the car and get out and reload or whatever and wait a min. This will draw them off the bridge down the road. Then avoid running them over as you approach the bridge and it gives you time to drill. side note - the box truck on DW has an RNG bulldozer spwan in it... dont know about OD though, they may have forgotten it like the dozer in the computer room on HB day one in the garage
I don't run dodge myself, I have bad luck.
The bridge may be the worst for you since you don't have room to run away much.
Here is my Skill Tree if it will help.

I recommend Akmibo Deagle Pistols or Akimbo Chimano Compact Custom Pistols with the CrossKill as a Secondary.
