You might be cheat tagged but that's about it, and that's only really an in game flag, so be careful and don't use that stuff in lobbies.
If you unfairly obtain achievements then you can and most likely will get a ban and will require a save and achievements reset.
Edit: if you do plan on using some sort of trainer use this mod also http://paydaymods.com/mods/222/unhackme

Easier...
Have you ever tried getting a good machinima video on this game's engine, especially one that didn't stutter, freeze or crash ?
Especially when trying to control the AI/make it do what you want ?
Trust me, working with SFM is easier in comparison.
I get your point, but making a good video with SFM require a lot of time and effort.
I know, I just wanted to point out that doing a machinima with the game's engine is easier than doing it with SFM. Not a good one, but easier.
But showing the almighty cloaker beating the ♥♥♥♥ out of people through walls would be awesome
A mod that blocks unlocks will save you from that.
Don't worry about the cheater tag, it's not permanent
I mean in terms of editing, polishing and animation. Like I said, I see your point.
Let me make a tiny correction : you can make the enemy AI care.
There's a director/overseeing script for every part of a heist, and you can technically force any NPC to follow a script.
But that's 'technically' with a boatload of caveats, because doing so often slows things down to a crawl, causes crashes, and is generally just as hard as working with SFM.
I've made some clumsy attempts at doing so, and it's rather difficult unless you're very well versed in Lua, and in scripting events.
