Personaly i like to run hitman
Normaly you have 230 HP, Frenzy puts you at 30% max HP, which is 69 HP
With muscle you have 80% more HP, which means 414 HP. 30% of that is 124,2.
On top of that you heal 3% of your MAX HP every 5s, which is the 414 aka 12,42 HP/3s.
Now remember that aced frenzy gives you 25% less damage on both armor and HP.
Since i like to use MGs on my frenzy builds i need that panic, and with muscle you fight the biggest drawback of frenzy.
Unless you run joker for heals or want to stay near death at all times for true glass cannon, then bow to your new anarchist overlord
It's just cannibalizing Muscle tbh.
Hitman is similar to Anarchist and Armorer in that it will change how your armor works to make armor-based survival easier. Instead of 2 seconds of invulnerability, you get a full armor regeneration 1.5 seconds after the armor breaks, which is game-changing when timed properly.
Crook is pretty good IMO... on Mayhem and below. You get a pretty good amount of dodge, 136 armor with LBV, and Frenzerker damage reductions all in one nifty package for your survival-related needs. But it costs a lot of skillpoints for the full benefit and that 136 armor isn't worth anything on harder difficulties. I personally like Crookzerker because I mostly play with lower-level friends on Overkill and Mayhem. A better player could probably run Crookzerker in higher difficulties but I am not that player.
Avoid pure-dodge like Rogue or healing like Grinder. The former is too fragile to take advantage of Frenzerker (basically get 2-shot no matter what) and the latter reduces the damage bonus with its healing effects.
