Its extremaly good change for melee builds users. Maybe now it will be possible to use on higher difficulties.
Perk deck cards from Sociopath are supposed to be named after Hotline Miami 1 levels, and I care more about this detail than the viability of the deck.
Yeah, they renamed it. The good news is that it can just as easily be renamed BACK. Really, not much reason to keep it as OVERDOG for Sociopath aside from name consistency and... well, really, I think less people will care about identical cards having the different names than they do about the name making zero sense in the Sociopath deck.
Not that I would use Inflitrator on OD.
Well this doesn't include critical hits, which melee can do. Also with a max stacked Maniac, and all DR + DA skills, an Inflitrator will mostly take 0 damage on DW (You can take your DR down past 50%, and DA up to 52pts), with some unit exceptions.
Mostly they made Inflitrator into what Yakuza was supposed to be a DW-viable melee centric perk deck.
0/10 worst update would not hurt other people.
What I don't like is that it's locked to a DLC perk deck and should be part of the melee tree instead.
It's as good as saying "You want to use low-damage-fast-hitting weapons effectively on higher difficulties? Get UE."
