Scarface Mansion Solo OD Stealth tips?

So I struggle to finish it for the past 3 days.
I got maybe 70% of the heist done, but I'm stuck on the last part.

The outside guards, I believe either 18 or 19, are hard enough. Camera placements are annoying. But I manage to do it. I manage to open the blinds, but I feel that the mansion itself is just too small for the 13 or 14 guards that are inside.
I managed to searh for the recorder multiple times and answering the phone. Then I have to go into the safe room, but the door is guarded by more than 2 guard who keep standing like only a feet apart.
Any tips on how to clear out the safe room and the guards that keep spamming the roof like they know I'm there?
I feel they definitely know. in my longest attempt there were only 2 on the roof walking in circles for maybe 10 minutes. But as soon as I answe the phone it seems that all guard go to the roof and stay there, so it's impossible to get inside.

Don't kill them and don't enter from the roof. The 2 guards inside can easily be avoided, then you lockpick the door and kill Sosa.

Don't kill outside guards?
if not entering from the roof, then from where?

My advice to bring sensor mines so you can track the movements of the guards.

I hardly ever go on the roof, you don't really need to. Once you open up the blinds, enter the red room from either the outside entrance or from the 1st floor entrance and there are just 2 guards to deal with. You can either kill them (if you have pagers) or just avoid them.

The only thing you need to be careful of is there is 1 purple shirted guard who can roam all over the place.. He can go from the 1st floor of the main house to the 2nd floor, to the red room area and even short trips outside (he won't go into the boss' room though).

Don't kill anybody on the roof I mean, and there are 2 entrances that AREN'T on the roof.

Clear normal guards when you have a chance. I did this long time ago so can't remember much.

Yeah, I managed to do it.
Outside guards are really no issue. I can clear them out in maybe 7 minutes from the start.
The problem was the inside. Got lucky with Yayo and used the side door to get into the red room.
