How can i remove all of my off shore money?

He's right, there's a "Burn Offshore Money" button located in the basement near the Safe that completely erases your Offshore, and awards you with a trophy and Continental Coins.
I'd suggest buying the skill slots first since they cost a lot of Offshore, I made the mistake on not doing that once I burned my Offshore money.

You may need to upgrade your Vault once, I don't recall. But yes, it definitely exists. I don't think you can use it more than once, but I haven't checked.

The skill slots (S in the skilltree-screen I believe) saves your current skilltree. But be cautious! If you load saved skill-build with too few skillpoints that skill-build will delete itself.

And the stupid thing is that you just have to "blt_version=2" (I believe) to the mods' mod.txt.

WHY AREN'T OLD BLT-MODS SUPPORTED THEN IF IT'S SO EASY TO MAKE THEM COMPATIBLE?

Honestly depressing I was looking forward to burning all my money whenever my computer got fixed.
