BULLSEYE, IS IT WORTH THE PURCHASE?
hello i am using crook, 45% dodge and 130 armour. i was thinking that having a self regening armour, 20 points every 2 secs is worth it. but i dont feel that buying bulleye is worth it. is this skill good or na?should i drop it and use those 9 points for something else. the build itself is insane, i didnt need to use a single healthkit with 130 armour adn 45 dodge until i got hit by sniper units.

Bullseye is worth it. If you can aim consistently for the head, it means enemies will usually have to break your armor first before they can actually damage you. That's to say nothing of your dodge.

Just get the Basic version. Pretty much on any difficulty that's worth the payout, enemies will tear through 20 armor just as much as 5. Use Bullseye to armor-gate.

In itself, bullseye is best for armor gating, but acing it is not the best option imo. I only get it aced if I need to get to iron man. Use the 9 points on something else if you are only getting it without going for iron man basic

ah thank you for your knowledge. i aced it thinking, it grants me a theoretical 150 armour instead of 135. coolcool.

The Basic version isn't worth it, the Aced is overpowered. Honestly I think it should only proc on kills not simple headshots, because otherwise it's too easy to trigger.

It's good but I swear sometimes if you headshot rapidly the timer must reset or something. It's very handy for armour gating and keeping yourself topped up with iframes, but it doesn't work with Anarchist, since it counts as a third party armour regeneration effect.

It's good when combined with Sicario and Sociopath and so on, though. Better with suits and light ballistic vests, loses functionality as you go higher and higher in the armour tiers. Could be better to save points and just take Hitman if armour is your jam, also.

Sometimes I swear it doesn't work. Like if you headshot someone, the 1.5 second timer starts, if you headshot another person in that window I swear the 1.5 timer resets but you don't get any armour, potentially leading to you going 10+ seconds with many headshots (like from a shotgun) without gaining any of the armour you deserve. Don't know.

When I go that high up the tree, I normally end up taking Shock and Awe and a combination of lower skills instead, if I'm shooting for Iron Man Basic/Aced. Perk Decks are usually where I get armour regeneration from.

Unless you're running Anarch or maybe sociopath, there's no reason to ace bullsye. It'll most likely never come into play and if it did, it'll be very minor. Bullsye basic's armor gate is already great enough

It does work with anarchist, I do it all the time

Well i guess ACE is only worth if you are playing on low difficulties.

You sure about that? Anarchist gives you armour on damaging an enemy which I thought most people end up getting confused with Bullseye, which doesn't work with it? Unless it got fixed recently?

Unless WolfHud lies, they do work together

WolfHUD also shows/resets the 1.5 second timer popping up every time you land a headshot even though you only recieve armour every 1.5 seconds, so I don't know.

I just remember feeling that you don't need the additional armour regeneration on Anarchist because of the aforementioned armour you get back from simply damaging an enemy, and because armour regeneration third party effects are disabled, it's only natural to assume that Bullseye wouldn't work. I'm not able to play Payday right now or I'd go and test it using an LBV or something, and seeing if a headshot grants almost maximum armour back while using Anarchist.

I also don't use the Anarchist deck much anymore so I can't be 100% sure, but I am sure I've read in the past that Bullseye didn't work with it. It may have been a bug, or a nerf, that has been tweaked or fixed since then, though.

Bullsye does work with Anarch, which is why people ace it in their anarch builds. The ignored armor regeneration is from stuff like Shock and Awe basic
