Around 1 hour and 40 minutes. Beware that the game will likely hang after that, it's a known issue. You will get your rewards though, just exit to the main menu.

In my experience, around an hour and a half, maybe two hours depending on the difficulty and chiefly your luck with Bain.

I did this before trophies got added so when I did it again some guy used speed cooker, whats your guys opinions on that mod? is it cheating or do you think it's ok.

The Cook Faster mod? I don't like to throw the word "cheater" around lightly, but that mod speeds up cooking to SUCH an extent that it's basically unrecogniseable as the same heist. The delay between ingredients is analogous to waiting for the Santa's Workshop elves to fill a bag, albeit more random. Shortening it seems to go counter to the design of the heist.
