You need to go crime.net, click in your safe house, click in side jobs and scroll down until the mission. Finally you must click in the parabellum pistol.

I was never complaing, and yes it was a joke, it was funny to see someone smart enough to see i dident get it legit, if you have a problem with me getting acheivments for free you can just leave, and its not like you can do anything about by confronting me
