Bain will drop the CFO from the chopper after he got the code. The body ends up in the middle plaza, on the CG group logo. There is a money bundle near it. Grab it and that's it

Poor Ralph.
The CFO, not Ralph. The CFO is/was modeled after Ilija and could die in PDTH, Ralph is Garnet's son and never died in PDTH because Garnet would always exchange the codes for his life.
In Payday 2, the CFO gives the codes himself and Bain always kills him because he's an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (civilian casualties my ass). Ralph for no apparent reason looks like ♥♥♥♥ and is a random NPC that can be tied or killed, not a VIP that you have to escort.
