Shotgun knockback question

See how the guy just blasts the guard off the edge ? How to do that ? All of my shotguns just drop the enemies on the spot they are like they're fainting or something... Was this knockback thing nerfed, or... if not... how do I get it ?

just use the 000 rounds on all of your shotguns, thats it

Try to angle the shots and get closer. Shooting them at their legs isn't gonna get them far
