just try taking hoxton hostage after his years in jail. The others might be taken alive, but hoxton just throw himself at jimmy again and again. Since jimmy didn't really want to kill him, he had to take more, well... something like that.

Yeah, he wouldn't take that nicely. Thats why i think there is blood all over the bag he's covered in.
