I bought Hotline Miami 2 on GOG.com - How do I unlock Jacket? [THREAD OVER - LOCK ME]

I bought Hotline Miami 2 on a different site (GOG), and it's pretty annoying not being able to unlock Jacket as a heister.
Is it possible for me to unlock Jacket in-game without purchasing a second copy on Steam? If so, how would I achieve this?
I am able to provide proof of purchase if necessary.
(Note: I'm not sure which forum to post this in, so I have chosen to post it within General Discussions. I am more than willing to post this in another forum if need-be)

You don't unlock anything with Hotline Miami 2 (except a good game). If you want Jacket, you'll need the digital edition.

Yes. You dont have to buy the game again,just the upgrade to special edition. Its cheap so it shouldnt be a problem. Cheers

Yes. You dont have to buy the game again,just the upgrade to special edition. Its cheap so it shouldnt be a problem. Cheers

I own the Digital Deluxe edition on GOG, but not on Steam. I don't think the game comes with a CD key to get it on steam

Contacting overkill to get codes only apply to those living in countries where Hotline is banned. Never read anywhere that you could do the same if you dont own it on steam...

Also it seems a few people have been contacting Ashley asking for the Jacket character pack. Despite the long wait time I ask everyone to keep to the current method of mailing us with an ID, and not contacting anyone directly.

I myself have requested access to the email and will start sending out codes as soon as I get it.
note: The Jacket codes are for Australian players only due to Hotline Miami not being on sale in their region
