Question about Jacket and DLC Mod Unlocker

So is this allowed because my friend uses DLC MOD UNLOCKER to play as Jacket. I just want to know this for his safety so that he doesnt get banned for using the mod.

If you're friend is austrialian (where they can't get jacket) then they can contact OVK to get a code. If not, then they can purchase it on steam sale for $5. Because like this guy said, DLC unlocker is piracy.

If you are the host and you are okay with it, there's no issue, moral and legal issues aside. Host's lobby, host's rules.

Forum ban

The only thing they can do is simply to ban your friend on this forums, and that's only if he has made a post in this forum and has openly admitted to piracy.

Steam ban

He can only be banned on his Steam account if there is solid evidence being shown. Simply quoting you on this thread is still not enough.
