You can't, the only time you can ever take off your mask is during stealth in the Alesso Heist.

Any other time, taking off your mask is impossible.

you can use stuff that is not really masks, like sunglasses or hats but there is no "no mask" option in the game

How sad does it feel to grind xp to such an extreme that it is hard to believe cheats was not involved? (10 levels a day, that does not look good...) Just to find out that your friend was just talking out his ass?
