What is the difference between the GOTY and Ultimate Edition?
Anybody knows?

GOTY is all content up to the end of 2014, the year the game won GOTY.

Ultimate Edition is all content save for the future H3H3 pack, which launches this fall to help Ethan Klein pay the rent after financial troubles. OVK is helping support him and they aren't seeing a dime for making a DLC for their favorite content creator.

GOTY cotains only a fraction of the DLC. Ultimate Edition contains all DLC except limited time DLC and DLC only avadible via codes.
