Though I'm just pulling this out of my ass because I never researched anything about it.

For some stupid reason, multi-day heists all manage to say that the amount of experience guaranteed/possible is a multiple of the actual amount, that multiple tending to be the number of days.
( JUST AN EXAMPLE ) Lets say an heist has 300 xp reward and you need 50 more exp to complete. But the next level requires 225 EXP to level up. It will still show that you will have 600% EXP than you need to level up, but actually it doesnt means it will level up 6 times as that is according to your CURRENT level, it doesnt takes other levels into consideration.
