Is Ex-President perk deck good?

Its alright I guess, don't really like the armor has to break first to get the health thing

I prefer others due to the weird middle ground it sits in between dodge and armor.

The only surefire way to get your health back without going down is to jump infront of enemy fire, armor break, bullseye basic headshot, tale cover.

You can also break your own armor by firing explosives, HE Judge works quite well.

Reminds me of my friend using ExPrez while he was at 10% health and asked me to blow him up with my GL

Ex-president is nice for Overkill, above I wouldnt reccommend to use it. You shouldnt get ICTV while using expresident, you probably get a ballistic vest but the armor is pretty low tho for higher difficulties. But its fun, for simply casual games its nice.

You don't need bullseye. If you don't have any armor the first kill will regen your armor anyway.

Also, I don't recommend Ex-Presidents. It's a good perk deck but not for scrubs.

If you're using light armor with regen skills then it will probably regen your armor, but bullseye is the omly way to be sure.

Ex-pres is decent if your team kills enemies very quickly. It's highly recommended to have bullseye for more reliable regen on armor gating

Sicario mostly provide supports for objectives. It's generally less preferablr for offensive move as the smoke is blocking your visual and last very short

Pretty good, but I prefer sicaro, while the dodge is pretty decent, the smoke screen is amazing

Ex-presidents is a superb deck for those that use it properly, I prefer using it when I require regen. Tabula rasa is easily done sitting around at max health constantly while ai tanks the cops. It is also hilarious when running around with a form of grenade launcher as the explosion about 2-5m away will whipe your armour while killing a cop there by letting you get into cover and reload as the regen courses through your veins. Its all about pacing yourself and using cover.
