Pennywise is a pretty generic scary clown design IMO. Plus it doesn't really fit the whole heisting thing.

But... the payday gang are commonly called clowns... also I think Hoxton breakout crimefest added a bunch of scary clown masks so I dont see why not to have a Pennywise (or pennywise styled) mask

As a Halloween mask, yes. Adding it at any other time doesn't though. And even then, it's not a proper mask, just a dude's face.

Scarface = Crime movie, also getting a remake
IT = Horror movie with a clown with no remakes coming (yet)
