Another choice is Maniac since you can reach ludicrous amounts of EHP when you combine your huge armor pool with the flat damage reduction. It kind of tapers off at One Down though due to the extreme damage.
There are also some preference choices like Anarchist (I personally think it's more of a Suit/LBV deck), Infiltrator/Sociopath, and Muscle.
I've seen people do real cool and impressive things with them, Kingpins make great friends for dodge users since they can work togather to trade off aggro and get things done faster, Kingpins with the "Arbiter" can also heal themselves pretty well by shooting their feet while their armor is up while going through crowds or shields killing usually two birds with one grenade, I've also seen the best ones notice if someone's armor is low or a dodge user having bad luck pop kingpin and take the heat off them to save them and their downs.
And Frenzy Berzerker Anarachists can do a one man last stand for what feels like forever if they got bullseye aced and a fully automatic rifle, Atleast intill snipers become the problem.
For everyone else Armorer seems to do the job, Simple, No gimmicks, Get's results.
Good luck on OD/300+ CS with that.
