Crime Spree Rewards

So i failed Go Bank At 40 Skulls and now to get my rewards i need to pay 28 contenial coins, wth? i thought you get your rewards when you fail.

The closest thing I can compare Crime Spree to is Crazy Orders in Super Smash Bros. 4. You have to decide when enough is enough and tap out, as the risks involved become more and more severe. Don't fly too close to the sun is about all I can really add otherwise.

idk personally I'd rather have a cash cost, cause the way it is known just promotes farming safe house raid over and ver.

Crime Spree seems to be poorly thought out.

you are not supposed to be forced to pay to cash out your reward, if you fail you can choose to not continue and just take your reward.

That's weird, I got something that said "you must continue your crime spree to get your reward" or something, which is completely bonkers and I'm not sure if I misunderstood you, but that IS requiring payment to get your rewards if you fail something.

EDIT: I didn't quit or anything, I just failed a heist and then it told me that.

I never got the option to, and if i want to claim my rewards i have to pay contenital coins.

If you try to claim rewards in the failure screen, it will prompt you to pay. Go back to the Crime Spree lobby.

Kinda on topic: Does grabbing extra loot raise the crime spree reward? I remember hearing in the stream eariler that you shouldn't concentrate on extra loot as it doesn't count but I'm not 100% sure on this.

It indeed does not count, as another thread in GD had a response saying so.

Yup, asked that in stream, answer was ignore it... So now I dub it the Salem Mode, in favour of just rushing everything.

So what everyone is saying is that doing the spree currently is pointless as there is no reward or the reward is currently busted.

You shouldn't have to continue your spree to claim your rewards. I blew a spree last night and I was able to claim my rewards without continuing.

Resuming your spree will require coins, but you shouldn't have to resume in order to collect rewards.

No, the rewards are working, but this might be a special case where something bugged out.
