Gage Historical Pack not showing up in game?

I just bought the Gage Historical DLC, but the items aren't showing up in my inventory. I've tried restarting the game, steam, and uninstalling the DLC, but it doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

Check if its marked in your dlc box in steam

Have you reached the required level to unlock the weapons? Unlocked the achievements for the masks, materials, pattern and weapon mods? Because those are requirements, too.
Also, check the right tabs:
You got an Light Machine Gun, a Sniper Rifle, a Sub-Machine Gun and a Pistol.
And they don't appear in your inventory straight up, they still need to be bought in-game.

On top of that, remove ANY mods you have, if you have any at all.

Thanks! I just had to remove some mods. The weapons that I am a high enough rank to be able to get are in the buy menu now. :)
