Is "I have no idea what i'm doing" bugged?

I did it yesterday and I didn't get the achievement. This is more annoying since I also thought I had to wear the ICTV.

Well nuts. Here's what I did. I finished the bag moving and wanted to see if the HRL itself makes any noise, shot at the skybox, didn't alert anyone, shot again at the skybox in a different angle, alerted someone and jumped in the van. So maybe the alarm triggered as soon as I jumped in the van. Welp, guess I'll do it again with a suit this time.

Oh yeah this achivement, Yeah you probably just hit an alarm on the way out.

I seem to recall getting this achivement by jumping in the van and getting myself a sandwhich while the rest of my friends in suits and practical gear did the whole robbing thing.

Seems like your doing it the probably intended way so good luck with that!

PS: I also thought you had to use the ICTV...

Thanks, I feel less stupid now. And that experience did teach me one interesting thing. I move the artifact faster with ICTV+transporter aced than normal, which just ... just ♥♥♥♥ the artifact.

the achivement itself is not level restricted, just take the alleyway, grab the coke behind the first door (if its there) and crack open the murkwater containers, any guards, just stab
