Merchandise Store Question: Mask delivery time?

So I ordered an Old Hoxton Replica Mask off of the offical PAYDAY 2 Merchandise store on January 7th this year. The estimated delivary date was Febuary 15th, today it is March 8th.

Has mask mercandise always been this slow to have ordered? It must not be all the merchandise that is slow to deliver, cause on the same day I ordered a Bobblehead Dozer and it arrived in the estimated time.

Shipping time can be a pain if you live outside from germany. And even there it´s already a pain.

I'll look in to that for you. For referance: My Houston mask took about 4 months to arrive at my home in the U.S. Not great, I know, but it is what it is. I'll check in with Ovk and see if they have any information

I would advise contacting their customer support on the website for an update.

Oh god, I don't want to imagine the time it would took for south america.

I was gonna do that, but I was confused as to where to contact them on the Merchandise page, or if I'm supposed to directly contact them from OVERKILL's official website.

Nevermind, its just at the bottom of the merch page.

If I'm not mistaken, the Hoxton and Clover masks weren't available for shipping until mid February to begin with.

I'd imagine mid-late March is when it will arrive.
