What happened to the 90th update troll mask?

i watched a video on youtube about the 90th update that had meme mask's to get them by jump achievement's,and i noticed that the TROLL mask was removed (so was the achievement).Can anyone tell me why?

Because the guy who made it decided to copyright, while others not so much or don't care enough to see people using in games and other midia

The other mask's artists presumably didn't care to copyright their artwork.

The troll face artist however is notorious for filing civil suit or seize and desist orders for companies which use his art without his permission. There was a meme game a few years ago which he supposedly made $40k off of from his civil suit.

Overkill found it easier to just remove and replace the mask.

The guy makes about 10 grand per year from that thing - so he should defend it if people use it in commercial products without his permission. That it's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ meme is irrelevant to that.

I told Almir about the copyright holder on Trollface, and I'm aware that Whynne (said holder) is OK with it in games providing you don't profit from it. I believe in this instance they wanted to play it safe, and that was why they changed it.

I see why they did it, it's a game you pay for, so by law there should be some profit going Whynne's way.
