Why does John Wick have Glasses?
Saw the Movie yesterday and noticed he had no Glasses...

Because all characters have masks - but lore-wise, Wick didn't want to wear a mask when Chains told him that (and officially the characters usually only wear their own mask on heists with very few exceptions).
So, as compromise, Wick got sunglasses.

OMG HE HAS GLASSES, CALL THE ARMY!

In all seriousness it makes sense to have some kind of accessory rather than nothing at all. It would be weird to mask up with nothing. Like people wouldn't find you suspicious until you put on an invisable mask..

It's probably so he didn't end up with nothing in the mask tab

although masking up with sunglasses isn't too threatening either
or a party hat for that matter

Well he's using his "real name" so cops know who he is already, and glasses adds extra stylepoints.

Could also be a matrix refrence.

As I said, we can presume they only ever wear their default masks - and they're more about concealing identity than being threatening (tho some of them do a good job at the latter, too). And while Wick doesn't need to conceal anything, seeing he's pretty well known among the cops to begin with, you would be surprised how efficent just a pair of sunglasses can be for that.

You'd also be surprised how much intimidation can putting on sunglasses cause as you're walking into a bank. Especially when you look at how Wick puts them on.
By-the-book badassery

Use the Groucho mask.
It's the most foolproof disguise Wick could ever want.
