Xp penalty on safehouse raid

Suddenly I had -1%xp penalty on safehouse raid. Just finished one and now I get -3%.. what's going on?

You're playing the same heist too many times, play a couple others and it'll go back to the way it was, at normal exp.

It also works in reverse. If there's a heist you don't play a whole lot, you'll likely see a free contract of it on Crime.net with an exp boost.
