Then I see no use for the Mark over the Piece. I wish I had the last one.
Personally, I would definitely use the Micro Uzi instead, or if it's not available try the Para or Kobus with concealment boost. Those are my dodge low damage SMGs.
Yes, that is why it's my first option. Micro Uzi is basically a better cobra for concealment and works amazingly well for dodge. The others is for when I get bored of it. As I said, I don't have the Jacket's Piece and prefer the 2 others to the Mark (in dodge, in armor Mark 10 is vastly superior to both).
Just try not to to dry reloads all the time.
Both weapons have a high RoF. Jacket's Piece is just slightly better in that case.
